  • When will I receive my order?

    Orders typically ship within 3-5 days. All orders are shipped using UPS Ground.

  • How should I care for my candle?

    When you light your candle for the first time, plan to leave it burning for at least 1-2 hours. The wax needs to melt to the edge of the container to prevent tunneling.

    Trim your wick between burns. Keeping your wick trimmed to 1/4" will ensure the candle continues to burn evenly and will prevent the candle from smelling like smoke when burning.

    Never, ever leave a lit candle unattended.

  • Can you make custom candles?

    Yes! I have created custom candles for a wide range of businesses and events. Restaurants, breweries, retail spaces, corporate offices, weddings, you name it. If you'd like to discuss a custom candle project, please email berrygoodgoods@gmail.com.

  • What is your return policy?

    We're happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 15 days of the delivery date if the product is still in the original, sellable condition. Use our contact form to start the return process. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping the return.
